We always recommend that you book treatments prior to coming to our spa as bookings do fill up quickly.
Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to fill out our client form and to relax with a cup of tea before your treatment. Our personal consultation is included in your treatment time.
It is spa etiquette to come to your treatment showered and appropriately dressed.
Appointments must be reserved with a major credit card. We accept cash, direct debit or major credit cards. Please note credit card payments will incur a 1.9% surcharge on Visa, MasterCard and eftpos. Diners Club and American Express 2.59%. Prices are subject to change without notice.

By making an appointment at Edelweiss Day Spa you understand that any cancelations that happen within 24hrs prior to your negotiated and scheduled appointment or not showing for your scheduled appointment will result in full payment of the scheduled treatment.
We at Edelweiss Day Spa are flexible and understanding. If your cancellation is a result of an emergency, weather event, road closures, sudden injury, sudden illness or likewise justification, with proof, payment of the full amount can be reduced and a 50% cancellation fee will stand regardless.
If a second cancellation or ‘No Show’ arises for the same rescheduled appointment originally cancelled the full cost will be payable with no exceptions.
We charge a 50% deposit for all appointments.
