Bookings

We always recommend that you book treatments prior to coming to our studio as bookings do fill up quickly. All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an accompanied adult. Please note on Sundays and Public Holidays there will be a 20% surcharge on all treatments.

Upon Arrival

Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to fill out our client form and to relax with a cup of tea before your treatment. Our personal consultation is included in your treatment time.

Studio Etiquette

It is spa etiquette to come to your treatment showered and appropriately dressed.

Payment Terms

Appointments must be reserved with a major credit card. We accept cash, direct debit or major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

By making an appointment at Edelweiss Studio Moonbah you understand that any cancelations that happen within 24 hrs prior to your negotiated and scheduled appointment or not showing for your scheduled appointment will result in full payment of the scheduled treatment.

We at Edelweiss Studio Moonbah are flexible and understanding. If your cancellation is a result of an emergency, weather event, road closures, sudden injury, sudden illness or likewise justification, with proof, payment of the full amount can be reduced and a 50% cancellation fee will stand regardless.

If a second cancellation or ‘No Show’ arises for the same rescheduled appointment originally cancelled the full cost will be payable with no exceptions.

We charge a 50% deposit for all appointments.
